You can use this form to terminate the electricity contract if you do not need a new contract. Please do not terminate your contract if you have changed electricity supplier. Your new seller will inform us about it. The fields marked with * are required.

Needed information if you use email or post

The following information must be given in the notice:

1. Title: ‘Cancellation of the agreement’

2. Date of the order, name, address, telephone number and email address.

3. Address of the location of use. If cancellation includes several locations of use, please include them all.

4. If cancellation notice is sent via post, please sign the cancellation. If the agreement has other parties, all parties must sign the cancellation notice.

5. Date and place.

Concequences of cancellation

Once the cancellation notice is received by Tampereen Energia the agreement will be cancelled. If you have requested the commencement of the electricity supply before the end of the cancellation period, you will be required to pay a contractual confirmation for the electricity supplied at the time of the cancellation notice
