Termination of an electricity contract

Are you moving out of your current location? If you no longer have a need for an electricity contract at your current location, it is possible to terminate your existing contract when making a new contract on our website or by contacting our customer service. However, if you have a need for two electricity contracts simultaneously at two locations while exchanging locations, please contact our customer service.

If you only wish to terminate your electricity contract and do not need a new contract for your new location, please contact our customer service.

You do not have to terminate your contract if you are changing the provider of your electricity agreement to your current location. Your new electricity provider will take care of terminating your current contract. In this case the notice period for terminating a contract is two weeks.

Please note that a temporary contract cannot be terminated during the contract period.
