Fault service and network maintenance

In case of a fault in the electricity, heating, cooling, or natural gas distribution, you can call our fault report number at +358 800 90171. Calling is cost-free. 

The operating centre of Tampereen Sähkölaitos monitors the condition of our networks 24 hours a day.

You can check the fault status of all our networks from the Interruption Information map service before calling the fault report number. The map service also provides you with information on the extension and maintenance work being performed on the heating and cooling network and their estimated completion dates.

Additional information on, e.g., compensation for power failures and reporting non-urgent faults in the system can be found at the Tampereen Sähköverkko website.

We record incoming calls to the operating centre in order to ensure the quality of our customer service and to authenticate the customer service transactions. Additional information can be read in the privacy policy of the service.
